Project Location: Regional Units of CHAI; such as RUPCHA, CHAAP, CHAMP, CHAT, OCHA, CHABIJ, CHAKA and CHAW
Working areas under CHAMP– 2 States /5 Member Institutions/25 Villages
Goal: Marginalized and rural communities have improved access to quality health care and increased supply of health services by government health departments.
Objectives:
- Cooperation between government agencies/other agencies in the public health sector and CHAI Member Institutes (MIs) across 15 states has improved.
- The population of 175 villages is empowered to safeguard their health with particular focus on maternal and child health, nutrition, communicable and non-communicable diseases through the community health services provided by the 35 MIs of CHAI.
- The telehealth platform is utilized across the 35 CHAI MIs to offer effective health services.
