CHAMP
Catholic Health Association of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh
CHAMP was constituted by the health professionals working in the state of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. CHAMP is the one out of 11 regional units of The Catholic Health Association of India-CHAI, working in the rural and urban pockets of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. The major thrust area of CHAMP is Holistic Health for everyone. Catholic Health Association of Madhya Pradesh Covers the 79 districts of Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh with 334-Member Institutions.
The Catholic Health Association of Madhya Pradesh upholds its commitments to bring ‘Holistic Health for Everyone’. It views health as a state of complete physical, Emotional, Social, Economic as well as Spiritual well-being and not merely the absence of Sickness. The major field of intervention of CHAMP has been in the sector of Health. CHAMP works with the people of the periphery. It Caters services to people & community affected with HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, Malaria and Other communicable and non- communicable diseases. It has provided health services in collaboration with different stake holders and various national disease control programs throughout the states.
