Wellness Centers

There are 159 Wellness Centre in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh out of which 90 situated in Madhya Pradesh. Most of these Wellness are situated in rural area. Wellness center functions- deliver comprehensive primary health care, covering maternal and child health, non-communicable disease including free essential drugs and diagnostic services, health promotion and prevention, strengthen and aware communities to choose healthy behaviors in order to reduce risks of chronic disease, focusing vulnerable communities and increase accessibility towards government health services.
